Community - Connection - Collaboration SEPAC stands for Special Education Parent Advisory Council. We are parents of special education students who have voluntarily joined together to provide information and support to families of children in special education. We meet regularly with school administrators to give our input on the policies and programs that affect our children. Membership is open to parents of students with disabilities, teachers, administrators, individuals with disabilities, and members of the community.
Mission Statement The Mission of the Hopkinton SEPAC is to bring together Special Needs Parents and School Administration to provide dialogue and direct input on all matters related to the education and safety of students with disabilities. We strive to deepen the trust between Parents and Administration by collaborating together on solutions. We will provide educational workshops, resources, and a supportive network to empower parents to become effective advocates for their child. We aspire to develop a sense of community and inclusion for all Parents and Children with Special Needs within our school district and the town of Hopkinton.
